	Initial libraries and mozilla build... fetching and building
	gtk, idl, etc.

	building mozilla, fixing compile stoppers in early mozilla.

	cvs control... learning CVS, teaching the group, providing
	ongoing support.. how CVS has saved our asses several times.

	ongoing mozilla builds, tracking down bugs, fixing things

	checking feasibility of javascript techniques for modifying the DOM

	trying to add an XPCOM module to contain our code

	talking to the netscape/mozilla people on IRC

	strategy building, keeping a broad project overview

3. Where we're going
	
	my primary goal is currently to access htmlparser methods from
	the main browser.
